Failed to upgrade my plugins - Part1

Last time already face the problem in wordpress 2.7.0, but can fix it by changing the file permission…but when using wordpress 2.7.1, that solution cannot apply anymore..Here my problem :

Do some research and i found new solution. Here the step that i apply :

1. Download Core Control plugin.

Core Control is a set of plugin modules which can be used to control certain aspects of the WordPress control. Currently, Core Control features modules for managing Filesystem Access, Managing plugin/theme/core updates, Managing HTTP Transports & External HTTP Request logging

2. Activate the plugins.

Basic step if you have problem with P1 WIMAX connection

Here some basic step before you call P1 Wimax customer service..I’m very sure that they will ask you to do  step below..

--> Open your command open the Command Prompt for Windows XP.
    For Windows Vista, you need to run Command Prompt as Administrator.
--> Type ipconfig /release
--> Type ipconfig /renew
--> Kindly do a disk cleanup, delete browsing history
--> unplug and plug back the cable .
--> off and on Back the modem
--> Turn off Anti-Virus, Windows Firewall and any P2P applications.
--> Restart the PC/ Laptop.

And last step is :
Kindly visit http://speed.p1.com.my/ and provide us 3 copy of the
speedtest screen capture to careline@p1.com.my

Prepare step above first then if the solution above cannot solve the problem…then call customer service..

P1 WIMAX service intterupt

What’s this…they have network problem and not notify their user(via email or whatever method)…… If i not check at their website..then i don’t know what’s the problem. Because my P1 router keep blinking red light(that’s means no service).Try to call their customer service, but the line always busy mode.  Lucky my wife has maxis broadband.So i can check whats the latest new…

Should i change to streamyx back?????….sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh….

Update: At 11.00PM - they send the notification via SMS..

At 10.00AM - Still no service
