Basic step if you have problem with P1 WIMAX connection
June 23, 2009 – 9:50 amHere some basic step before you call P1 Wimax customer service..I’m very sure that they will ask you to do step below..
--> Open your command open the Command Prompt for Windows XP.
For Windows Vista, you need to run Command Prompt as Administrator.
--> Type ipconfig /release
--> Type ipconfig /renew
--> Kindly do a disk cleanup, delete browsing history
--> unplug and plug back the cable .
--> off and on Back the modem
--> Turn off Anti-Virus, Windows Firewall and any P2P applications.
--> Restart the PC/ Laptop.
And last step is :
Kindly visit http://speed.p1.com.my/ and provide us 3 copy of the
speedtest screen capture to careline@p1.com.my
Prepare step above first then if the solution above cannot solve the problem…then call customer service..

if line and service poor then cant connect la…
what u do also waste time,
customer service also useless,
only ask you to do lousy and stupid useless step…
the best solution is terminate the service and switch back to streamyx
