Report: all NVIDIA G84 and G86 chips are faulty
MacBook Pro errors due to bad NVIDIA hardware?
I read many article/forum said that GeForce 8400M and 8600M graphics cards are suffering from heat-related failures. It is also effect to my machine since my machine using same graphic card as they report?

Here my graphic/display info :

And here the email that i get from one of the apple forum said that our chip inside macbook pro still fine. With this email make me feel more confident about my machine.. :)

According to this news (Santa Rosa MacBook Pros experience video failures), it only pertains to MBPs purchased a year ago around June. Lucky i purchase my machine around 3-4 month ago including 3 years Apple Care Warranty……

Macbook Pro Rock!!!!!

  2. That’s a good graphic card for a Mac. As long as the card doesn’t melt.
