- Understand the purpose of routing
- Decipher the code in routes.rb
- Construct your own routes, using either the classic hash style or the now-preferred RESTful style
- Identify how a route will map to a controller and action
2. Migrations - updated 2 days ago
- The generators you can use to create them
- The methods Active Record provides to manipulate your database
- The Rake tasks that manipulate them
- How they relate to schema.rb
