Actually got 2 method to remove IT Policy..What is IT Policy?
1. Replace the IT Policy in Blackberry Desktop Manager
2. Completely remove IT Policy by wipe out your Blackberry (Preferred)

For my case, I'm prefer method no. 2. And one more thing, don't use cd that package ...
