Hahhaha..funny lor...but last time i also 'potong' but 'sambung balik'(not my 'tut' aaaa...my internet service aa)...Don't like P1 Wimax service...always no connection and need to adjust my modem to get the signal..but with streamyx..at lease i got connection even it slow..still can browse...

Look at the bill. They still charge me. I think that for modem cost but when i return back the modem to them, they verify that they not gonna charge me even a sen. Now look at the bill...I'm not gonna pay that. DAMN....i hate P1 WIMAX...

That 3 thing is must item when you want return and terminate P1 Wimax service. Today i try to return my P1 Wimax but forgot to bring item no.3 which is Internet Cable. They wanna charge my RM60 for the cable only. Damn...so expensive. ...

After fedup with intermiten connection with P1 WIMAX, i decide to subscribe streamyx back. Order with one of lowyat.net forumer with nickname ahcheap . His service very superb. Here some basic step before you call P1 Wimax customer service..I'm very sure that they will ask you to do step below..
--> Open your command open the Command Prompt for Windows XP.
For Windows Vista, you need to run Command Prompt as Administrator.
--> Type ipconfig /release
--> Type ...

What's this...they have network problem and not notify their user(via email or whatever method)...... If i not check at their website..then i don't know what's the problem. Because my P1 router keep blinking red light(that's means no service).Try to call their customer service, but the line always busy mode. Lucky ...
