This is happen after they suspend my account due of heavy traffic. Just realize today because my feed not updated new post. Damn..i really need new hosting. They block it without notice me. Lucky i go and search into my cpanel. Thanks to my wife because investigate on behalf.

Last time already face the problem in wordpress 2.7.0, but can fix it by changing the file permission...but when using wordpress 2.7.1, that solution cannot apply anymore..Here my problem :
