Unable to access my blog
This is first time i having a problem with my hosting. I getting difficulty accessing my domain. My wife login to their support website and create a ticket with priority 2 and asking why cannot access my site . They ask me back whether i changing some setting in my account. Because they check the server not down and other site working find.
Then my wife try to figure out why this thing happen. She able to ftp using ip but NOT using domain. She reply to the ticket said maybe this is because DNS problem. After 5 minute, they reply back and found out that DNS got problem. And they tell that it will resolve in 24 hour…Aren’t 24 hours for fixing DNS issue too long? Is this normal with malaysia hoster hosting? …If 24 hours..then bad support..
A day before, ady already inform me that my dns got problem. cannot access to my blog. Thanks ady coz inform me.
This morning, i try access my site…its back…
Lucky they fix the problem within 6 hours(maybe) and not 24 hours ..now my blog getting up back…….

Before GoDaddy, I was using Shinjiru … also lots of problem with DNS.

DNS problems are easy to spot IF you are looking for it. But most hosting companies in Malaysia take it for granted. Too bad.
