Upgrade my wordpress to version 2.6
July 18, 2008 – 12:02 amToday i manage to upgrade my wordpress to latest version (2.6). As usual..i use an option inside my fantastico. One click only and my fantastico doing everything for me. Why just now i’m upgrade my wordpress? It’s because only now an option to upgrade appear in my fantastico option..hehehe..
What the different between latest version and version previos?
So far what can i see right now is :
- More tracking info on dashboard
- Number of plugins avalible to update
- Saperate active plugins and unactive plugins
- Tracking post revisions
- New shortcut posting by using ‘Press This’
- And many more … 
Give a try….update your wordpress now… cheers

I’m hosting my blog in hostgator and the fantastico deluxe there does not offer 2.6 yet. Only 2.5.1 till now. I’m checking almost everyday just want to see what is the differences between .5 and .6… Anyway, congrats for your upgrade. Have a great weekend!

Why not you try VPS or dedicated hosting? More reliable and you have more control on your own hosting. And the best part is you don\’t have to share with others. Price of course is the issues for some normal webmaster and blogger.
